Implantable extraocular muscle neuromuscular stimulator and parameter setting method thereof

The present invention discloses an implantable extraocular muscle neuromuscular stimulator and a parameter setting method thereof. The implantable extraocular muscle neuromuscular stimulator comprises an implantable pulse generator, an in-vitro programmer controller and an electrode. The implantable extraocular muscle neuromuscular stimulator is characterized in that the implantable pulse generator is arranged in a created subcutaneous sac, is connected with extraocular muscle through the electrode and is used for generating pulse stimulus signals; and the in-vitro programmer controller is in wireless signal connection with the implantable pulse generator and is used for setting the pulse stimulus signals of the implantable pulse generator. The implantable extraocular muscle neuromuscular stimulator and the parameter setting method thereof provided by the invention are applied to the treatment of motor defect nystagmus and render corresponding stimulus to the extraocular muscle to make the extraocular muscle contract, balance nerve stimulation and offset the contraction so as to make eyeballs maintain fixed vision and avoid the nystagmus.
