Technique using the modified rolling hitch for split peroneus brevis tendon transfer in lateral ankle stabilization

Abstract We report our technique for split peroneus brevis lateral ankle stabilization using the modified rolling hitch for tendon graft fixation. Applying the modified rolling hitch for tendon grasping in this procedure was useful, and it could decrease the surgical time and avoid the tendon injury caused by the needle.
