Method and terminal for optimizing receiving sensitivity of antenna

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for optimizing receiving sensitivity of an antenna. The method comprises the steps of receiving the receiving sensitivity of a current radio frequency receiving work frequency band of a terminal when a screen is bright; judging whether the receiving sensitivity obtained when the screen is bright is lower than a preset threshold value; if the receiving sensitivity obtained when the screen is bright is lower than the preset threshold value, adjusting carrier frequency of transmitting data to the screen according to the current radio frequency receiving work frequency band. Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention further discloses the terminal. By the adoption of the method and the terminal, interference signals can be removed out of the current radio frequency receiving work frequency band by regulating the carrier frequency of transmitting data, the receiving sensitivity of the antenna is improved, quality of the signals is improved, and user experience is enhanced.
