Ultrasonography and computerized tomography in the diagnosis of unsuspected uveal melanoma with proptosis.

: A man of 62 developed sudden proptosis of his blind right eye after a blow to the head. A posttraumatic carotico-cavernous fistula was diagnosed, but B-scan ultrasonography and computerized tomography showed a large choroidal malignant melanoma wit retrobulbar extension.
