The invention discloses a push-pull type sterile cell brush provided with a replaceable brush head for an endoscope. The push-pull type sterile cell brush comprises a drainage tube, the brush head, a push-puller and a traction fiber, wherein the brush head is connected to the head of the drainage tube in a detachable way; a cell brush is arranged in the brush head; an opening is formed in the end, far away from the drainage tube, of the brush head; the traction fiber penetrates into the drainage tube, one end of the traction fiber is connected with the cell brush in a detachable way, and the other end of the traction fiber is connected with the push-puller; the cell brush is externally provided with a protective film; the head of the protective film is connected with the brush head, and the tail of the protective film is connected with the tail of the cell brush. The internal cell brush can be used for brushing bacteria living specimens and/ or cell samples of an intestinal mucosal surface layer in a living intestinal cavity wall under the condition of being in conjunction with the drainage tube and the push-puller; furthermore, with the protection of the protective film, bacteria/ cell brush pollution caused by the pollution to a channel of endoscopic biopsy forceps can be avoided. After the push-pull type sterile cell brush is used, the sterile cell brush head can be replaced, so that the cell brush can be repeatedly used in a germ-free condition; therefore, the collection credibility of samples of all intestinal tract parts can be maintained to the utmost extent while the cost is lowered.
