A pressure regulation and control system of a pressure regulating valve comprises a pressure regulation and control upper computer, a pressure regulation cRIO real-time controller, a pressure regulating valve pressure sensor, a pressure regulating valve opening sensor, a pressure regulating valve electro-hydraulic servo valve, a hydraulic master electromagnetic valve and a direct current power supply. According to the pressure regulation and control system of the pressure regulating valve, collected sensor data are based on to be compared with a pressure regulating valve opening target value and a pressure regulating valve pressure target value through a real-time controller CPU (Central Processing Unit) and then instructions are sent to the pressure regulating valve electro-hydraulic servo valve through a D/A (Digital/Analogue) module so as to change the valve opening of the pressure regulating valve and accordingly downstream pressure of the pressure regulating valve is regulated to achieve that the downstream pressure of the pressure regulating valve is regulated rapidly, stably and accurately.
