Solar sintering and characterization of ZnO-TiO 2 -based photo-anode applicable for water splitting

This paper reports on the ZnO-TiO 2 ceramics sintered under solar radiation. The phase composition, structure, morphology and functional properties of ZnO-TiO 2 photo-anodes (used in photoelectrochemical cells for hydrogen generation from water splitting) were investigated.
