МЕТОДИКА ОЦЕНКИ СПЕЦИФИЧЕСКОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ ГЕННО-ИНЖЕНЕРНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ Г-КСФ, ИНТЕРФЕРОНОВ α, β И СОМАТОТРОПИНА IN VITRO

A simple and reproducible methods of in vitro assessment of several human recombinant therapeutic proteins’ filgrastim (rhG-CFU), interferons α and β, and somatropin specific activity has been elaborated. The program of statistical processing of experimental data corresponds to XII issue of Russian Federation Pharmacopoeia. The methods are based on suppression or stimulation of specific cells growth and are used in testing the domestic and imported substances and final medical products.
