An optimized GPU accelerated pre-conditioned biconjugate gradient stabilized method to speedup the scalar potential finite-difference method

To improve the efficiency for solving the distribution of the induced electric field in human head during transcranial magnetic stimulation. A GPU accelerated incomplete LU factorization preconditioned biconjugate gradients stabilized method is used to solve the linear equations. A block method is also selected to further increase the calculation speed. The results indicate that the method proposed in this study is much more efficiency which compared to the some existed linear algebra subroutines.
