Methods for sanitation in cities and towns, wherein a certain part of the waste water of a building to the town or community is separated from the remaining waste water, wherein the particular portion of the wastewater is sucked off, wherein the particular portion of the effluent is separated within or outside the building, and wherein the determined part of the waste water is temporarily stored inside or outside the building, wherein the determined part of the waste water is transported to the intermediate storage by means of a tank truck, characterized in that the determined part of the waste water by means of a presence to a central vacuum source, the city or town and disconnectable vacuum supply is aspirated.
