Detecting and mounting mechanism

The invention relates to a detecting and mounting mechanism. A panel is mounted on a baseplate through two support plates; a Z-axis component is mounted on the panel; a camera component adjusting module is mounted on the Z-axle component; a sucker component is mounted on the panel; the Z-axis component can drive the camera component adjusting module to move up and down on a Z axis; the position of a CCD on the adjusting camera component is adjustable; the CCD automatically adjusts the position to guarantee a focal length to align to a bonding screen position of an electronic product; a camera is used for shooting positioning; a sucker Z-axis module of the sucker component downwards moves to touch and absorb a screen so as to separate the screen from a paperboard; the paperboard is manually taken down; then, a carrier mechanism is adopted for coordinating operation, and adjusts an X axis, a Y axis and an angle position of the electronic product for alignment; and then, the screen bonding is performed.
