현열 및 잠열교환 효율 차이를 고려한 전열교환 환기장치의 결로방지용 예열코일 용량산정에 관한 연구

Energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed to improve the indoor air quality and reduce the heating/cooling load during the ventilation. However, condensation/frosting could occur at energy exchange element in winter season. Condensation/frost problems could reduce the effectiveness of ERV and harmful to occupant. To prevent the condensation/frosting, outdoor air should be preheated over the frost threshold temperature. In this study, the process of condensation/frosting in ERV could confirm, and preheat coil capacity was calculated under various indoor air conditions, outdoor air conditions, and sensible/latent effectiveness of ERV to prevent the condensation/frost. Control strategies of preheat coil were modeled using the temperature of exhaust air and dew point temperature. Annual preheating coil loads were calculated by Korea region. It was found that the preheat coil capacity of seoul was calculated about 200 W, and the maximum capacity of preheat coil region was chuncheon, which has 277 W.
