STUDY ON MONITORING WATER POLLUTION IN SUBSIDED AREA OF COALMINE BY USING MICRONUCLEUS TEST TECHNIQUE WITH VICIA FABA

This paper evaluated the effect of water pollution on subsided area of Huaibei coalmine using micronucleus test technique,BOD and COD.The result shows that water in subsided area of Huaibei coalmine has been polluted mediumly or slightly.Micronucleus test with Vicia faba has cerˉtain relation with COD and BOD,so it is reliable to monitor water pollution on subsided area of coalmine by using micronucleus test with vicia faba.
