A case of extra-mammaryPaget's disease

:A 54-year-old manpresented with neoplasms on the groin and scrotum for 4 months.Physical examinationrevealed multiple, erythematous or skin-colored, verrucous-like or dome-shaped nodules andneoplasms measuring 0.5 to 8 cm in diameter on the right groin and scrotum. Erosions wereobserved on the surface of some lesions with purulent secretion and stench. The neoplasmsarose in previous lesions with stench. The patient was initially diagnosed with squamouscell carcinoma according to the clinical manifestation and medical history, buthistopathological and immunohistochemical examination confirmed a diagnosis of primaryextra-mammary Paget's disease. PCR was negative for low- or high-risk human papillomavirus types in this patient.
