Study on Compound Desulphurizing Agent Based on Lime for Cast Iron

The paper studied binary component, ternary component and quadri component compound desuphurizing agent base on lime for cast iron melting and discussed compound manner of compound desulphurizing agent. The result indicated desulphurizing effect of CaO85 CaF 25 CaCO 35 C5 and CaO85 Na 2SiF 65 CaCO 35 C5 quadri component compound desulphurizing agent based on lime in the manner of sinter were the best, desulphurizing ratio could achieve 80% above, and avoided the phenomenon of returning sulphur. They could meet completely desulfurization need for cast iron.
