Module with angle sensors, non-contact power transmission and non-contact information transmission

1999
An inventive module with angle sensors, power transmission and information transmission consists of at least two printed circuit boards. A circuit board formed with respect to the angle sensor the stator and the other conductor plate forms with respect to the angle sensor the rotor. The stator, in addition to the primary coil for the angle sensor includes an excitation coil for energy transmission and for transmitting information. The rotor includes zusatzlch to the secondary coil of the angle sensors a receiver coil for energy transmission and for transmitting information. Excitation coil and receiver coil are so arranged in a circle on the respective printed circuit board that results in an angle-independent coupling of the exciter coil and the receiver coil. the exciter coil and the receiver coil is used both for power transmission and for the transmission of information. The energy transfer is typically done with a center frequency of,. B. 25 kHz. For information transmission of this center frequency is superimposed a modulation. various modulation methods are possible here such. B HF-modulation (high-frequency) modulation, amplitude modulation or phase modulation.
