2014
Five cases gastroesophaged varices with caroli's disease underwent endoscope treatment, endoscopic variceal Ligation was carried in 1 case, endoscopic sclerotherapy and histoacryl glue injection were conducted in other 4 cases simultaneously. The follow-up was completed after 3 months and 1 year treatment. No rebleeding was founded. Endoscopic treatment to gastroesophageal varices in the patients with Caroli's disease is effective and convenient. Antibiotic prophylaxis should be emphasized after endoscopic procedures.
