Method and system for unlocking combination locks

The invention relates to a method and a system for unlocking combination locks. The method includes receiving unlocking commands transmitted by users; reading lock numbers of the combination locks according to the unlocking commands; acquiring unlocking passwords corresponding to the lock numbers; turning turntable lock cylinders of the combination locks under the control according to the unlocking passwords; determining whether detected data outputted by the turntable lock cylinders in turning procedures are matched with the unlocking passwords or not, and stopping turning the turntable lock cylinders under the control if the data are matched with the unlocking passwords so as to unlock the combination locks. The method and the system have the advantage of simplicity and convenience in operation.
