Study of Quenching Temperature Control System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

Aimed at low precision of temperature control for the quenching temperature control system,a quenching temperature control system which consists of temperature acquisition and display module,the heating circuit,and control circuit was designed based on single chip microcomputer.The control system can realize the measurement and display of quenching furnace temperature,and the temperature in quenching furnace achieved by the control circuit is maintained in a given value with the control accuracy of ± 1 K,which indicates that the design of the quenching temperature control system meets the design requirements of the higher control accuracy and it has some certain practical value to improve quenching process.
