Method and device for quantitatively dividing goods into piles and counting goods

2014
Disclosed is a method for quantitatively dividing goods into piles and counting the goods. The method includes the following steps that firstly, a goods flow is driven by a conveyor to move towards the tail end of the conveyor in a single-layer mode; secondly, the conveyor moves periodically to convey the goods flow so that the goods flow can be broken after leaving the tail end of the conveyor to form goods; thirdly, the goods in the goods flow are accurately counted after the goods flow leaves the conveyor; fourthly, when the total number of goods in temporary storage bins of a combination is equal to a target number, all the goods in the temporary storage bins of the combination are conveyed to a storage device. According to the method, the goods piles are conveyed into different temporary storage bins respectively first, then the total numbers of goods in temporary storage bins of different combinations are calculated to obtain the combination with the total number of goods equal to the target number, and finally the goods are discharged out of the combinations to be distributed according to the target number. By means of the method, equipment operation efficiency is greatly improved, and equipment manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
