Rigid dam safety monitoring device and making method

The invention discloses a rigid dam safety monitoring device. The device comprises a monitoring instrument; the monitoring instrument is connected with a rigid connecting rod to form an integral rod piece; one end of the integral rod piece is fixed through an anchorage facility, and the other end of the integral rod piece is fixed through a self-locking nut and a rigid gasket ring; and the monitoring instrument is connected to a monitoring reading instrument or a remote computer system through a communication cable. By adopting a dynamic monitoring method, the problem about safety monitoring of massive rigid dams which have been built and particularly are not provided with pre-buried monitoring instruments in the construction process can be solved. The safety states of the rigid dams can be remotely monitored in real time on line through field reading monitoring or by using monitoring software, and a technical support is provided for emergent early warning or remote running management. The device has the characteristics of low implementation difficulty, low making and installation cost and good application effect, can be checked, maintained or replaced at any time, and can be widely applied to safety monitoring engineering of the built rigid dams.
