Vulnerability Analysis and Optimal Design of Lean Construction System

From the viewpoint of the system and security, we put forward the concept of lean construction system vulnerability through the common interpretation of system and vulnerability. Combined with the characteristics of project management, this paper analyzed the existence dimension of vulnerability in lean construction system and initially proposed its vulnerability assessment function model. Specific to space of the vulnerability that lean construction system to be promoted, we present the CCPM and agile management technology to the optimization design of lean construction system and put forward a promotion framework. The optimization process of lean construction system shows that ensuring the unity of safety and efficiency needs the realizing the balance of rigidity and flexibility in lean construction system.
