Молекулярные аспекты липидного обмена в развитии атерогенного риска у детей с ожирением

1999
With the рифове of revealing a degree of atherogenic risk in children with constitutional-exogenic obesity (CEO) the comparison of plasmalipids, lipoproteins with high density (LPHD) and erythrocyte membranes parameters in children with CEO and patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) was carried. The parallelism of changes in plasma and LPHD was revealed: an active lipogenesis, decrease of cholesterin esterification processes and lipids oxidizing ability; destabilization of nucleons lipidic structure and LPHD superficial layer. Erythrocyte membranes in IHD patients were enriched with cholesterin, sphingomyelin, the share of easily oxygenated phospholipids was reduced. In children with CEO the erythrocytes membranes phospholipidic spectrum was not changed, the decrease of cholesterin contents was explained by activization of cholesterin ethers formation.
