Development & Application of the Real-time Monitoring System of ARJ21-700 Full-scale Static Test

This paper introduced the development work of ARJ21-700(new China-made regional jet) full scale static test monitoring and control system,presented the advantages,such as digital display and real-time predictions based upon test results,of the real-time monitoring system.This monitoring system,which is based on the relational database,takes point strains,point displacements,displacement compatibility and safety margin of some typical structures as monitored objects and compares real-time data with FEA data in order to provide a reference for analyzers.By visualization of the real-time test results,it can help engineers to have a full knowledge of complex tests and also to avoid some accidents.It effectively monitores the full-scale static test of ARJ21700.
