The purpose of this article is to adapt and validate a set of components and their respective indicators in order to compose the categories of analysis of organizational climate for teachers of Post Graduate Programs (PPG) of a Higher Education Institution. The sample was compose of 52 teachers from four PPGs. To carry out this study, a questionnaire went through a review of the suitability and after undergoing semantic and content validity through evaluation by three experts. After the survey data, descriptive analysis, factor, varimax rotation with standardization and reliability calculations were performed. From the analysis and restructuring of the components and indicators, validated a model of analysis of organizational climate for higher education teachers.
