Metilfenidato y hormona del crecimiento. A propósito de un caso.

One presents a clinical case of a patient of 7 anuses late from the Growth to treatment with Hormone of the Growth, which comes to consultation for TDHA's clinic that interferes in his functioning, before beginning treatment there are valued risks - benefits of the beginning of treatment psychopharmacologic, but valuing the gravity of the alterations of his TDHA, treatment begins with metilfenidato to low doses, realizing multidisciplinary follow-up for control of both disorders that the patient presents, and that like that the patient could benefit from the treatment of both pathologies, without to affect in a disorder worsens another picture. With this case we try to show the need of the communication between different specialists for the follow-up of a patient with TDHA.
