There is provided a circuit substrate, comprising: an insulating substrate; and provided in the insulating substrate, a conductor connecting the intermediate layer of electrically insulating substrate; wherein the conductor is pulled in thickness direction of the substrate tensile strength greater than the adhesive strength between the conductor wall of the conductor on the surface of the insulating substrate.
