The invention provides a manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display device with excellent electrical characteristics and capable of making fast speed response at high brightness. The manufacturing method is characterized by the introduction of a nematic liquid crystal with negative dielectric anisotropy arranged between the two masks of the two substrates consisting of a designated polymeric membrane with a structure represented by the following formula (I-1-2). The nematic liquid crystal imposes electric pressure on the transparent pixel electrodes between the two substrates and irradiates when the liquid crystal is being aligned. In the formula formula (I-1-2), R1 represents for hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, cran, nitro or NCS radical or alkyl with 1-12 carbon atom number(s). The alkyl can be replaced by fluorine; one or two non-adjacent -CH2- free radical(s) can be replaced by oxygen atoms, -COO-, -OCO-, or -CO- and the -CH2CH2- radical can be replaced by -CH=CH-.
