Aspectos históricos, sociales y legales a considerar para el ingreso de la ciencia de la detección de engaño al sistema judicial

The work aims to give a brief historical overview of the methods used by ancient cultures to satiate the need to know the truth, then advance to the description of ideas of various authors who have written in a serious and scientific way of lie detection and on the effort made by man throughout history to allow today to present the discipline of detecting deception as an advanced and sufficiently sophisticated tool to help resolve questions that would be very difficult and almost impossible to solve with the disciplines existing scientific or artistic. And finally cite and discuss certain legal approaches that have occurred in several countries, but especially in Colombia about the possibility of including polygraph test in the courts, as more advanced and accepted for detecting deception in society tool.
