Взаимосвязь коагуляционного потенциала крови, мутации гена, кодирующего a-субъединицу XIII фактора свертывания (f13a1), и тяжести послеоперационного спаечного процесса органов малого таза

2012
The study included 43 patients aged 25 to 42 years, who underwent surgery to re pelvic about tubal-peritoneal infertility, benign ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids. All patients were screened for genetic polymorphisms of coagulation factor XIII (F13: G> T). The peritoneal fluid on its content of fibrinogen, D-dimer, and plasminogen activity also investigated. The results showed that homozygous mutant variant allele factor XIII in their delivery, reduces the severity of postoperative adhesions. Tendency to hypercoagulability according thromboelastography determines a tendency to a more pronounced postoperative adhesion process.
