A chair armrest adjustment device is provided, which includes an armrest (1)provided on the top surface of an armrest bracket(200), the bottom end of the bracket(200) is connected with a chair seat(100), so as to adjust the position of the forward or backward movement of the armrest(1) relative to the chair seat(100). Wherein a first assembly(50) provided inside the armrest(1) is fixedly combined with the bracket(200) to enable the armrest(1) to move forward or backward relative to the first assembly(50); otherwise, instead of the first assembly(50), a second assembly(60) provided between the armrest and the bracket is fixedly combined with the bracket(200) to enable the armrest(1) to move left or right relative to the second assembly(60).
