Newborn wrong rhythm of the clinical analysis

Objective Neonatal arrhythmia etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,types of arrhythmia and how to treatment and prognosis.Methods 48 cases of hospitalized and diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia in the neonate with history of blood examination,all rows of X-ray,ultrasound heartbeat graph,part of head CT examination and clinical analysis,treatment and follow-up.Results In 48 cases of neonatal arrhythmia in twenty-five cases with neonatal asphyxia and related,in 4 cases and 9 cases of intrauterine infection,and congenital heart disease.Therefore,neonatal arrhythmia mainly associated with perinatal asphyxia,intrauterine infection,congenital heart disease and other relevant.Conclusion The prevention of perinatal asphyxia,active treatment of the original diseases and myocardial nutrition therapy on neonatal arrhythmia is particularly important.
