Surface to be welded TiNi shape memory alloy and a light metal dissimilar smooth polished, washed and dried; welding using overlapping fashion, as the dissimilar light metal plate, on the lower lap plate TiNi shape memory alloy, the brazing material is placed under the plate TiNi shape a memory alloy, and close to the overlapped ends of the dissimilar metals of light, laser heating of the brazing material, the brazing material to be melted after staying, the lower edge of TiNi shape memory alloy plate loading ultrasonic vibration, causes the solder fillet weld, and finally cooled take out. The present invention is a high strength can be obtained and non-defective soldered joints.
