Clinical experience on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section

Objective: To explore the prevention and cure measures of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods: 5 cases of lying-in women were observed,who adopted low-segment cesarean section in hospital,oppressing uterine cavity using the fibrin ferment gauze,'8'characters or'mouth'characters sewing bleeding surface of a wound and B-Lynch suture technique,hypogastric artery ligation were carried out as a hemostasis.Results: The methods of different bleeding methods had arrived at satisfactory hemostasis effect.Conclusion: When meet postpartum hemorrhage,ascertain hemorrhage reason,consider comprehensively,then choose a preferred plan to achieve hemostasis.
