Clinical and pharmacokinetic study of intraperitoneal cisplatin at two dose levels: 100 mg/m2 alone or 200 mg/m2 with i.v. sodium thiosulfate.

Abstract In 22 patients cisplatin was infused intraperitoneally in 70 cycles using a dose of 100 and 200 mg/m2. The ratio between peritoneal and plasma AUC was between 10 and 20. No patient showed an objective remission.
