La postura de la universidad en México en la 4.a Revolución Industrial

The 4th Industrial Revolution is characterized by using information and communication technologies by automating industrial processes, modifying the scenario to which professionals seeking employment are inserted, where specific preparation and various skills are required to adapt to the labor market. During the last century, at the University, the professionals that the industry required were trained, highlighting the insufficient training and the lack of development opportunities, therefore here an analysis of the evolution of this in three Universities of Mexico is made using statistical data, concluding that the average age of the students will be modified, the professors-researchers must generate more knowledge, innovate in techniques and methodologies, the mobility of students and professors will increase, then multicultural coexistence protocols must be established with the intention that the University It must be at the service of society, contributing to the solution of problems facing humanity.
