Fusicoccin in Higher Plants

Summary The work confirms the earlier evidence this laboratory for the presence of fusicoccins A and C in plant material. Fusicoccins have been identified in the kernel of Zea mays L. cv. Sterling and in common head cabbage Brassica oleracea L. cv. Amager of the 1986 crop by HPLC combined with GC/MS and SIM.
