Revisión narrativa de la literatura: Satisfacción y adherencia farmacológica al tratamiento antihipertensivo

espanolObjetivo: Valorar la satisfaccion y adherencia al tratamiento del paciente con HTA segun el tipo de seguimiento. Metodologia: Se utilizaron tres bases de datos (Scopus, Pubmed y Cinahl) y un motor de busqueda (Google Academico). Resultados: Se seleccionaron un total de 55 articulos, aplicando los criterios de inclusion y exclusion. Conclusiones: La implicacion del colectivo de enfermeria en todas las fases de atencion al paciente hipertenso y en la investigacion relacionada con el tema es imprescindible para seguir mejorando en el logro de los objetivos correspondientes y en la calidad asistencial que se presta a los ciudadanos EnglishObjective: Assess the satisfaction and adherence to the treatment of the patient with HTA according to the type of follow-up. Conclusions: The involvement of the nursing staff in all phases of hypertensive patient care and research related to the topic is essential to continue improving in the achievement of the corresponding objectives and in the quality of care that is lends to the citizens.
