Effectiveness of broncholytics and positive end expiratory pressure in bronchial asthma
1989
Abstract To improve treatment with bronchodilators, the study was made of 60 bronchial asthma patients' external respiration upon berotek administration and Positive end expiration pressure (PEEP). More distinct bronchodilatation was achieved with combination of the two modalities in aggravated asthma. IPPV, as allowing minimal drug administration, is recommended for use in rehabilitation.
