Method for connecting suspension bridge main cable with steel strand of hanger rod

A method for connecting the primary cable of suspension bridge with the twisted wire cable of suspension rod includes pulling the cable clamper close to the primary cable by the drawing twisted wire cable and the antiskid mechanism to prevent the cable clamper from sliding downward, fixing one end of the twisted wire cable of suspension rod under the bridge-beam via anchor, fixing the middle partof said twisted wire cable to the semi-circular cable clamper, and fixing the another end of said twisted wire cable under the bridge beam. Its advantages are easy operation and high safety and reliability.
