PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging system that can obtain signals based upon some of a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts fast and signals based upon the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts according to the present invention since an imaging device which has a plurality of pixels including a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts and outputs signals based upon one photoelectric conversion part and a signal based upon some of other photoelectric conversion part was not sufficiently examined before about faster operation.SOLUTION: Pixels output a first signal based upon signal charges of some of a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts and a second signal based upon signal charges of the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts are output by pixels, and the signals are output from an imaging device and an imaging system such that the number of signals based upon the first signal is less than the number of signals based upon the second signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
