Steel plate spring support

2013
The utility model relates to a steel plate spring support used for arrangement of steel plate springs during production of steel plate springs. The support is designed to mainly overcome problems of the prior art that surfaces of steel plate springs are liable to be scratched to damage paint films when the steel plate springs are placed on a steel plate spring support by a crane. The steel plate spring support comprises a rectangular pedestal. An edge column is fixed at each of four corners of the rectangular pedestal. Each of two long edges at the front and the back of the rectangular pedestal is provided with a spacing column cross bar, and two ends of each spacing column cross bar are fixedly connected with the two edge columns at two sides respectively. Supporting fixed columns are disposed under the spacing column cross bars and connected with the long edges of the rectangular pedestal under the supporting fixed columns. The two spacing column cross bars are equipped with symmetric spacing columns. A protective cover made from polyethylene plastic covers each spacing column, and two sides at the lower edge of each protective cover are connected with two extension portions respectively. The advantages of the steel plate spring support are that steel plate springs are prevented from being scratched to protect paint films when the steel plate springs are placed by a crane on the steel plate spring support.
