Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Extractive of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Extracted by Supercritical CO_2 Fluid

In this paper,the extraction of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.by supercritical CO2 fluid was reported.The average yield of the extraction was 6.86%,49 constituents were identified by capillary GC-MS.The relative contents of constituents were determined by area normalizing method.The main chemical constituents of supercritical fluid extraction were: 3-butylphthlide,3-butylidenephthalide,dibutylphthalate,palmitic acid,linoleic Acid,senkyunolid,etc.
