Tightly-packaged fiber resisting high temperature of 150DEG C

2012
The utility model discloses a tightly-packaged fiber resisting high temperature of 150DEG C. The tightly-packaged fiber is characterized in that a coating layer which is coated by ultraviolet-cured acrylic ester is adopted on the periphery of the fiber core; and a tightly-packaged outer layer formed by a tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is adopted on the periphery of the coating layer. According to a preparation process of the tightly-packaged fiber, an optical fiber core comprises a single mode and a multi-mode; the size of a single mode structure is 9/125 mu.m and the size of a multi-module structure is 50/125 mu.m or 62.5/125 mu.m; the coating layer is coated by adopting the ultraviolet-cured acrylic ester; the outside diameter of the coating layer is 250 mu.m; and the tightly-packaged layer is formed by adopting the high-temperature ethylene and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) subjected to single-layer and double-layer thin wall extrusion by a high-temperature plastic extruding machine. The tightly-packaged fiber has the advantages that the tightly-packaged fiber resists low temperature of 65DEG C below zero and 150DEG C and the tightly-packaged inner layer and the tightly-packaged outer layer resist high temperature of 150DEG C. In addition, the tightly-packaged fiber has the characteristics of high strength, bending resistance, impact resistance, ageing resistance, long service life, corrosion resistance, flame retardance and the like, can be used for providing reliable services in a severe environment and is suitable for high-speed signal transmission in special environments of aeronautics and astronautics, electronics and airborne field.
