The invention relates to optical equipment, in particular to visual performance optimization rehabilitation training equipment. The equipment comprises a support frame, a working frame, a special optometry disk, a view screen, a view screen guide rail, a sighting mark controller and a guide rail column; the support frame comprises a quadrate table surface, support legs are arranged under the table surface, an optometry disk guide column and a guide rail bracket are arranged on the table surface, and one edge, parallel to the table surface, of the optometry disk guide column is movably connected with the other edge; the working frame is arranged at a position, close to the optometry disk guide column, on the table surface; and the special optometry disk is connected under the edge, parallel to the table surface, of the optometry disk guide column and is close to the working frame. One end of the view screen guide rail is fixedly connected with the guide rail bracket, while the other end is fixedly connected with the top of the guide rail column. The guide rail column is supported on the table surface or the ground; the special optometry disk is characterized in that a disk-shaped sleeve lens is arranged in a universal optometry disk visual hole; the view screen is arranged under the view screen guide rail and can move along the view screen guide rail; and sighting marks are displayed on the view screen.
