Hb Andrew-Minneapolis [B144(HC1)Lys→Asn] in a Bulgarian Family
1990
Hb Andrew-Minneapolis is a comparatively rarely encountered abnormal hemoglobin (Hb). It was first discovered by Zak et al (1). In this report, we present a case of the same abnormal Hb in a Bulgarian family from the Shumen district. This is the first observation of this variant in Bulgaria.
