Assembling method of hose assembly

The invention discloses an assembling method of a hose assembly. A chambering taper is adopted to chamber a middle section of a core and an inner hole of a rear section, wherein the middle section of the core and the core wall of the rear section are deformed so that an annular groove between an outer sleeve and the core deforms so as to clamp and fix a hose. Compared with the traditional buckling process, the assembling method of the hose assembly provided by the invention has the advantages that the pore diameter of the core is not reduced; under the condition of same pressure of liquid, the hose assembly assembled by the process disclosed by the invention has a long service life; and meanwhile, a buckling trace is not formed on the outer sleeve and the appearance is neat.
