PERENCANAAN TEKNIS PENATAAN LAHAN PASCA PENAMBANGAN BATUBARA DI AREA SPREADING SOIL PIT B PT. MIFA BERSAUDARA KUARTAL KE – 2 TAHUN 2019

PT. Mifa Bersaudara is a coal mining company located in the Meulaboh area. In its activities, land structuring activities are needed as the discussion of this research. The location of this research was conducted in pit B of PT. Mifa Bersaudara in 2019. The purpose of this study is to plan the use of top soil and the processing time, and plan the design of the shape of the drainage channels and the processing time.. The method used is to collect primary and secondary data, to get the right technical land use planning. From the results of this reasearch found the volume of top soil for land management activities is 90,000 m3. Top soil was taken using 2 unit of CAT 390F Excavator with an estimated productivity of 5.821,95 m3 / day and working time of 16 days and transported using 3 units of CAT 740 Articulated Dump Truck with productivity of 5937.12 m3 / day and working time of 16 days. Top soil distribution uses 1 unit of the Bulldozer CAT D6R XL Crawler Tractor with a productivity of 5.806,49 m3 / day and working time of 16 days. For drainage channels, the trench is made in the form of a trapezoid. Channel dimensions are calculated using the Manning formula. Trench I water discharge is 1.16 m3 / sec and trench II is 1.80 m3 / sec . The drainage channel is carried out using 1 unit of CAT 320GC Long Arm Excavator with a productivity of 281,82 m3 / day. The total time needed for making drainage channels is 15 days.
