So you want to make it in titanium

Reflecting the continuing growth of interest in titanium, more than 100 delegates turned up for the Titanium Information Group's one-day seminar 'So You Want to Make it in Titanium'. In his introduction TIG Chairman DavidPeacock said that knowledge of titanium was rather like a jig saw, most people had some of the pieces but few had enough to complete the picture. The aim of the day was to focus on practical aspects of design and manufacturing so that well engineered cost effective products resulted. The scene was set with a showing of the TIG video 'Titanium Today' - which is also on the CD presented to each delegate.
