Aplicación de la teoria organizacional, caso de estudio en la Universidad Politecnica de Zacatecas.

The present work has the main objective to apply the basic concepts on the organizational theories for an enterprise localized in Mexico. For this study, the place of application was Universidad Politecnica de Zacatecas, located in Fresnillo, Zacatecas. The concepts on the organizational theories are: structure, general theory of systems, taxonomy and metaphor. The methodology used is the presentation of a case, hoping to have as a result the correct applying of the theorical concepts in an enterprise.
